Bob Grosse has been organising events and social functions for over 30 years.  He is Secretary of the Guild of Professional Toastmasters and holds the Guild’s much prized Fellowship.

 

Following a distinguished career in international banking spanning  nearly  35  years,  alongside  which  he  was  also toastmastering, it was in 2001 that Bob decided to take early retirement, in order to concentrate on his profession as a toastmaster, an activity, Bob says, that is far more enjoyable and rewarding than banking.

Founded in 1968, the Guild has always stood for the very highest standards of professionalism amongst its members.  Since its formation, members of the Guild have assisted event organisers at literally thousands of functions.  Indeed members past and present have officiated at over 1,000 events attended by members of the Royal Family.
